I have another Plus Fitness gym near me. When can I start using other Plus Fitness locations?

Straight away! Your Plus Fitness gym membership gives you instant access to our 200 locations nationwide

I'm looking for fitness open at anytime, but without a lock in contract. Is this a lock in contract?

We have a FLEXI gym membership option, which is our no lock in contract.

Is there a youth gym membership?

Yes. Youths are restricted to staffed hours only (14 & 15 year olds). 16 & 17 year olds can have 24/7 access. All under 18's will require parental consent.
